About formation of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation

For the purpose of enhancement of structure of federal executive bodies, according to article 112 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal constitutional Law of December 17, 1997 N 2-FKZ "About the Government of the Russian Federation" I decide:

1. Form Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation, having assigned to it functions on control of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products, on supervision and rendering services in this sphere.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 09.05.2016 No. 216

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 21.05.2012 No. 636

4. To the government of the Russian Federation:

provide holding actions for the organization of activities of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation according to this Decree;

specify functions of federal executive bodies in the sphere of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products taking into account the functions assigned to Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation by this Decree;

establish the extreme number of staff of employees of central office of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation and fund of payment of their work, and also the amount of assignments for content of offices of territorial authorities of Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation;

approve regulations on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation, having provided in it that the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation is legal successor of the federal executive bodies which were earlier performing the specified functions according to obligations, including according to the obligations which resulted from execution of judgments;

bring the acts into accord with this Decree.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
