2. Recognize invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2001 No. 1761 "About approval of the basic minimum and maximum sizes of rates of the consular fees" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, Art. No. 49-50, 593);
2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2004 No. 111 "About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2001 No. 1761" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 4, the Art. 61).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
