About approval of the Instruction for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens

According to Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2007 No. 1064 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens" (with changes) PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the Instruction for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens it (is applied).

2. Bring in the Rules of civil registration in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5 (in the editions of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 22, 2007 No. 1154/5) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 for No. 719/4940, the following changes:

3. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to implement the State register of acts of civil status of citizens since 20.12.2008.

4. Approve terms of entering into the State register of acts of civil status of citizens of the data containing in books of civil registration which are stored in archives of departments of civil registration of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny interdistrict justice departments, according to appendix 1 to this order.

5. To department for civil status of citizens (Kund V. V.):

5.1. Provide this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 03.10.92 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

5.2. Bring this order to the attention of the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

6. To the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to chiefs of head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to bring this order to the attention of departments of civil registration and to provide its proper application in work.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this order on deputy ministers of justice Yemelyanova I. I. and Tsoklana V. I.

8. The order becomes effective along with the beginning of functioning of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens.
