About approval of data representation form about transactions with affiliates of the insurance (reinsurance) organization
According to Item 5 of article 15-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2000 "About insurance activity", the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed data representation form about transactions with affiliates of the insurance (reinsurance) organization (further - form).
2. The insurance (reinsurance) organizations monthly, no later than the tenth working day of month of the following behind reporting, represent to authorized body on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - authorized body) form on the electronic medium with use of transport system of the guaranteed delivery of information with the cryptographic remedies providing confidentiality and not adjustability of the represented data.
Upon the demand of authorized body the insurance (reinsurance) organizations no later than two working days from the date of receipt of request represent form on paper.
Identity of the data represented on the electronic medium, to data on paper is provided with the first head of board of the insurance (reinsurance) organization or person replacing it.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
