1. Approve the enclosed List of perishable products.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and approve procedure and conditions of issue in priority procedure for allowing documents when importing to the Kyrgyz Republic of perishable products in a month.
3. To the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic according to Article 280 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic to develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure for approval in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the project of procedure for priority customs clearance of perishable products in a month.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and prorodopolzovaniye of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
