To the governments of the State Parties of the CIS in case of implementation of the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of November 22, 2007 about the Main directions of development of civil aviation and measures for increase in safety of flights in the State Parties of the CIS to consider conclusions and offers of the specified report for the purpose of effective market development of passenger air transportation in the State Parties of the CIS.
3. To interstate council on the antimonopoly policy and Council for aircraft and use of airspace to assist national antimonopoly authorities and competent authorities in the field of civil aviation of the State Parties of the CIS in development of the competition in the national markets of air transportation and potentially competitive segments of the markets adjacent to the markets of air transportation.
