1. Approve the Instruction about financial accounting of transactions with securities in commercial banks according to appendix

2. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to consider invalid:

provision "About Financial Accounting of Transactions with Securities in Commercial Banks" (reg. N 662 of March 5, 1999);

changes and amendments N 1 in the Provision "About Financial Accounting of Transactions with Securities in Commercial Banks" (reg. N 662-1 of February 22, 2000);

the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan N 11/4 of May 3, 2008 "About recognition partially invalid Regulations on financial accounting of transactions with securities in commercial banks" (reg. N 662-3 of June 3, 2008 - the Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 22-23, Art. 217).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
