Increase with 1 Turkmenbashi of 2008 the sizes of official pay rates and the salary of employees of budgetary institutions (except workers whose wages increase is performed according to the Presidential decree of Turkmenistan from 30 Nowruz of 2007 No. 4722 "About wages increase to educators and student's grants"), the self-supporting companies and public associations for 10 percent.

2. Determine that:

wages increase shall be provided due to enhancement of structure of the companies, organizations and organizations, increase in efficiency of use of production capacities, labor productivity of workers, attraction of unused internal resources;

with 1 Turkmenbashi of 2008 the average size of the salary of employees of the companies, organizations and organizations of all patterns of ownership shall be not lower than 2 475 thousand manats.

3. Approve with 1 Turkmenbashi of 2008 the sizes of official pay rates of heads of state governing bodies, banks, military and law enforcement agencies, kazyet, prosecutor's offices, the editorial offices of newspapers and magazines, public associations according to appendices No. 1-5.
