The technical regulation "Products on the basis of Vegetable Fats" is transposition of appendix XV of Regulations (EU) No. 1234/2007 of Council of October 22, 2007 about creation of the general organization of the agricultural markets and about the specific provisions concerning certain agricultural products (Single regulations of the general organization of the market) published in the Official magazine of the European Union (OJ L 299, on November 16, 2007, p. 1-149).
1. The technical regulation "Products on the basis of Vegetable Fats" (further - the Technical regulation) establishes the main quality requirements, to packaging, labeling, transportation and storage of margarine, mayonnaise, vegetable fats for the culinary, confectionery and baking industry (further - products) with content of fat of 10-90% occurring both from domestic and from import products.
2. The requirements ordered in this Technical regulation are not applied to the foodstuff made in individual farms for own consumption.
3. The groups of products provided in the table below fall under action of this Technical regulation.
