About approval of extreme Levels of discrepancies in case of determination of net weight of loads which are transported by the railroads of Ukraine

For the purpose of limiting establishment of discrepancies in case of determination of net weight of loads which are transported by the railroads of Ukraine, according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 1993 No. 40-93 "About ensuring unity of measurements" and operating standards, PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve extreme Levels of discrepancies in case of determination of net weight of loads which are transported by the railroads of Ukraine (are applied).

2. Ukrzheldortrans (Slobodyan A. V.) in a month:

2.1. Provide introduction on the railroads of Ukraine of the approved extreme Levels of discrepancies in case of determination of net weight of loads.

2.2. Carry out measures concerning cancellation of the corresponding orders and orders of the companies and organizations of rail transport which contradict requirements of Item 1 of the order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister - the CEO of Ukrzheldortrans of L.L Iron ore.

Extreme levels of discrepancies in case of determination of net weight of loads that are transported by the railroads of Ukraine

1. General provisions

1.1. Extreme levels of discrepancies in case of determination of net weight of loads which are transported by the railroads of Ukraine (further - extreme Levels of discrepancies) are applied when implementing carriages of goods in the regional and international traffic on the railroads of Ukraine.

1.2. Extreme levels of discrepancies are developed according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 26, 1993 N 40-93 "About ensuring unity of measurements", other regulating documents on this matter and operating standards.

1.3. If the difference in the net weight of load determined on station of origin in comparison with the weight determined on station of destination exceeds regulation of natural loss and the specified limiting discrepancy, then in calculations for cargo shortage the size of this difference reduced by the amount of regulation of natural loss and limiting discrepancy in case of determination of net weight of load is accepted.

2. Extreme levels of discrepancies of determination of net weight in transit oils, oil products, waste oils, bitumens

2.1. Extreme levels of discrepancies of determination of net weight in transit oils, oil products, waste oils, bitumens determined according to the technique stated in the annex N 3 ("The collection of rules of transportations and rates of rail transport of USSR" N 324, Moscow, "Transport", 1985) taking into account errors in case of measurement of weight by volume and mass static method ("Oil and oil products". at the net weight of 100 t and more - 0.70%

3. Extreme levels of discrepancies of determination of net weight in transit loads (except oil, oil products, waste oils, bitumens)

3.1. Extreme levels of discrepancies of determination of net weight in transit of loads (except oil, oil products, waste oils, bitumens) are determined according to the method of measurement of mass of loads in case of static weighing on railway truck scales stated in (The Regulating document on metrology. 3.2. When weighing of the loaded car with stop and unhooking or without unhooking on railway truck scales (car container on cliche) the limiting discrepancy of determination of net weight of load needs to be accepted:

to 25 t inclusive - 5.0%

more than 25 t to 32 t - 4.0%

-" - 32 t to 45 t - 3.0%

-" - 45 t to 64 t - 2.0%

-" - 64 t to 90 t - 1.5%

-" - 90 t to 124 t - 1.0%

-" - 124 t to 140 t - 0.8%
