About service in bodies of prosecutor's office
This Law regulates rules and conditions of service in bodies of prosecutor's office of the Azerbaijan Republic.
1.1. The service in bodies of Prosecutor's office of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - "service in prosecutor's office") is special type of the public service performed by prosecutors in connection with accomplishment of the powers by them on activities of prosecutor's office.
1.2. Service by prosecutors is based on the principles of activities of prosecutor's office provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About prosecutor's office". In case of service employees of bodies of prosecutor's office, being guided by requirements of the Law, perform activities within the powers.
