4. Form Committee of means of communication of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Reorganize public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of highways and construction of infrastructure complex of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan into public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of development of transport infrastructure of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
