According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity on mediation in employment abroad is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control), according to appendix is determined.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and other interested central executive bodies to bring in three-months time own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity on mediation in employment abroad is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control) is determined

1. Criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity on mediation in employment abroad is estimated are:

1) threat of making concerning person:

fraudulent actions by unfair licensees (the offer employment abroad on nonexistent workplaces);

wrongful acts by unfair foreign employers (employment at the foreign employer without registration of employment relationships);

2) threat to fall victim of human trafficking (attraction to forced labor abroad).

2. All subjects of housekeeping which are engaged in activities for mediation in employment abroad belong to subjects with high risk.

3. Planned events of the state supervision (control) of activities for mediation in employment are abroad held not more often than once a year.
