About approval of the Regulations on the Unified register of public forming

1. Approve Regulations on the Unified register of public forming which are applied.

2. To the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Dobzhansky V. B.) to perform actions for creation of the software of the Unified register of public forming (further - the Unified register) which would meet modern standards of safety and information security, till 30.03.2009.

3. To provide to the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Dobzhansky V. B.), Department of legalization and regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories (Semerkin O. M.) implementation of the Unified register from 31.03.2009.

4. Establish rate:

for search in the Unified register of information with issue on it the reduced endurance - in the amount of 34, 00 UAH;

for search in the Unified register of information with issue on it complete endurance - in the amount of 17, 00 UAH for each record about public forming;

for search in the Unified register of information with issue on it the disaggregated endurance - in the amount of 55, 25 UAH.

5. Determine that means which arrive on the current account of the Administrator of the Unified register for use of the Unified register are aimed at providing the maintaining specified and other unified and state registers which administrator is the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

6. To department of legalization and regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories (Semerkin O. M.), Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny justice department:

within two months from the date of entry into force of this order to transfer to the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, its regional branches the relevant information on papers or on electronic media (SB) with the corresponding accompanying leaf for entering into the Unified register of data about: political parties, the regional, city and district organizations of political parties and other structural formations of political parties (further - political parties); public organizations, their unions, local cells of All-Ukrainian, international public organizations, branches, departments, representations and other structural cells of the public (non-governmental) organizations of foreign states in the territory of Ukraine, labor unions, their associations, the organizations of labor unions, the organizations of employers, associations of the organizations of employers, associations of credit unions (further - public organizations); charitable organizations, departments, branches, representative offices of All-Ukrainian, international charitable organizations (further - charitable organizations); the creative unions, their local cells (further - the creative unions); Chambers of Commerce and Industry; permanent reference tribunals; fund charters of social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases, charters of other funds of obligatory national social insurance, charters of territorial bulks in the forms given in appendices 1-7 to the Regulations on the Unified register of public forming approved by this order;

till 01.10.2009 to provide uninterrupted provision of information on requests of physical persons and legal entities on political parties, public organizations, charitable organizations, the creative unions, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, permanent reference tribunals, charters which are legalized (are registered) in accordance with the established procedure.

7. To provide to the state company "Information center" of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Dobzhansky V. B.) within six months from end date of the term for information transfer determined by the paragraph the second Item 6 of this order entering into the Unified register of data only in the amount provided by Department of legalization and regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories, Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny justice departments.

8. To department of financial provision (Oleksiyenko V. F.) and to Administrative department (Bondarenko I. S.) take measures for providing Department of legalization and regulation of activities of bureau of credit histories (Semerkin O. M.), Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities, city (the cities of regional value), gorrayonny justice departments the technical means necessary for maintaining the Unified register in the presence of budget setting on these means.

9. Determine that Sections III and IV of the Provisions on the Unified register of public forming approved by this order become effective 01.10.2009.

10. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 14.12.98 N 66/5 "About approval of the Regulations on the Unified state register of associations of citizens and charitable organizations", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.12.98 for N 799/3239 (with changes), from 31.03.2009.
