The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Armenia which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties, realizing interdependence of national industrial complexes,

proceeding from feasibility of carrying out the coordinated structural policy and based on the Statement of heads of states for approval of actions in carrying out economic reform on February 14, 1992 in the city of Minsk,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will form interstate economic structures of different forms of business and, first of all, the joint stock companies constructed on the principles of technological coherence irrespectively of the territories and industries as bases of rationalization of economic bonds and stabilization of work of large-scale production.

Article 2

The parties will charge to relevant organs to sign special agreements about creation of specific interstate economic structures.

Article 3

This agreement becomes effective from the moment of its signing.

It is made in Yerevan on September 30, 1992 in duplicate, everyone in the Russian and Armenian languages, and both texts are equally authoritative.
