About approval of the Provision "About Medico-social Commissions of Experts"

1. Approve "Provision on medico-social commissions of experts" it (is applied).

3. Financing of medico-social commissions of experts is performed within the funds allocated in centralized expenses of the government budget to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.
4. Transfer the available working rooms, the equipment and accessories of medical labor commissions of experts to the order of medico-social commissions of experts. Charge to executive bodies of areas (cities) in which the bases for medico-social commissions of experts are placed, to provide allocation of additional working rooms for activities of the commissions.
5. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic to provide implementation of the relevant activities following from this Resolution.
6. No. 665 "About approval of the Regulations on medical labor commissions of experts of the Azerbaijan Republic" to declare the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 12, 1992 invalid.
