For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 19, 2001 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About formation (vocational education) of persons with limited opportunities of health" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 540:

1. Establish benefit for parents or other legal representatives of the children attracted to vocational education for their journey to special educational institutions, the improving and rehabilitation centers and medical institutions in the amount of 22 (twenty two) manats a month.

1-1. Establish for parents or other legal representatives of the children attracted to vocational education for their journey to special educational institutions, the improving and rehabilitation centers and medical institutions monthly allowance in the amount of 50 (fifty) manats.

2. This benefit is paid by Department of education of the city of Baku and district departments of education based on the reference of educational institution.

3. Payment necessary for the specified purposes of expenses is provided at the expense of the means provided in the government budget on "Expenses for education".

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
