Based on Item 5 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2008 "About mortgage" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 345-Z

1. Establish approximate form (form) of the documentary mortgage according to appendix.

2. Approve:

The instruction about procedure for creation of the documentary mortgage (is attached);

The instruction about procedure for creation and transfer of the paperless mortgage on centralized storage in Central Securities Depository in the Republic of Belarus, accounting of the rights according to such mortgage in depositary system (is attached).

3. This resolution becomes effective since December 27, 2008, except for the paragraph of the third Item 2, becoming effective since June 27, 2009.
