About movement of alcoholic beverages through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of the seventh No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 2 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008

1. Determine that:

1.1. movement condition through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus of the alcoholic beverages which are not subject to marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus (further – alcoholic beverages), imported and intended for realization in the objects of public catering located in the trains which are created outside the Republic of Belarus on the air, ocean and river crafts performing the international flights is their stay within the amount established by subitem 1.2 of this Item in the places intended for their realization;

1.2. alcoholic beverages can move through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus in the objects of public catering located in the trains which are created outside the Republic of Belarus on the air, ocean and river crafts performing the international flights in the amount which is not exceeding 0,15 of liter of alcoholic beverages (with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol 7 and more percent) to each passenger seat of the train, air, ocean and river craft, available at the time of crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus, for every complete and incomplete day of finding of the train, air, ocean and river craft in transit.

For the purposes of this resolution the time spent of the train, air, ocean and river craft in transit is understood as period of time from the moment of their departure according to the schedule in the state of forming (for the train) or departures (for the air, ocean and river craft) until their return arrival in this state.

2. To national association "Belarusian railroad", administrations of the airports and ports open for the international message to inform administrations of the railroads, the airports and ports of foreign states on requirements of this resolution.

3. Recognize invalid:

4. This resolution becomes effective since March 3, 2009, except for Item 2, which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
