Article 1

The parties agreed till October 15, 1992 to determine the list of the major types of products of interstate deliveries on mutually advantageous basis.

Article 2

Pursue the coordinated policy of the prices aimed at providing equal economic conditions taking into account gradual transition to world structure of the prices.

Article 3

Take measures for state regulation of the prices of enterprise monopolists and, if necessary, to coordinate the actions in this direction.

Article 4

For the purpose of the prevention of artificial increase in prices due to unreasonable inclusion of costs in cost to provide respect for the agreed principles and single methods of calculation of product cost.

Article 5

Provide mutual exchange of information about the accepted regulating documents on pricing, and also about the level and dynamics of free prices for the most important types of products.
