Since January 1, 1996 the amounts of charges for execution of entry visas to Turkmenistan and following transit across its territory levied from owners of vehicles of foreign states are enlisted in equal shares in currency reserve of Turkmenistan and into the currency account of state concern of Turkmenavtoyellara. The specified charges are levied in US dollars or any freely-convertible currency.
It is authorized to state concern of Turkmenavtoyellara to use in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan the means enlisted into the currency account of Concern for acquisition of the road-building equipment.
The means enlisted in currency reserve of Turkmenistan are converted at the Central Bank rate of Turkmenistan and go to the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan.
Because this Decree becomes effective since January 1, 1996, to the specified term it is necessary to be guided by the letter of the Main state tax authorities of Turkmenistan of July 17, 1995 No. 832/1, and since January 1, 1996 it is necessary to make the changes stated in this letter to it.
