About procedure for collection of charges by bodies of Service of the state road supervision of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan

1. Determine that bodies of Service of the state road supervision of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan levy collection from owners of vehicles for carrying out technical inspection of cars, tractor trucks, buses with use of means of instrumental control. The amount of the specified collection constitutes share 0,2 from the established minimum level of the salary for physical persons and legal entities of Turkmenistan and 20 dollars. The USA for foreign physical persons and legal entities and legal entities with foreign participation. Means from collection of the specified collection are used on carrying out instrumental control behind technical condition of vehicles.

2. Permit the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan:

establish the amount of the charges levied from owners of vehicles by bodies of Service of the state road supervision of the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan taking into account actual expenses on production of special blanks products (car driver licenses, registration certificates of vehicles), the material costs acquired for production of registration plates and distinctive marks of the state;

use the amounts of the charges levied for the issued registration plates for payment of cost of production of registration plates, special blanks products and distinctive marks of the state.

3. Determine that the money received from collection of charges and rendering the paid services connected with activities of Service of the state road supervision is transfered to account the Ministries of Defence of Turkmenistan for strengthening of material and technical resources of Service.
