About the list of documents and procedure for control of target use of the vehicles which are temporarily imported on customs area of the Russian Federation
It is allowed to use the vehicle for internal cargo hauling provided that:
- internal transportation is made from the place of completion of international delivery of load to the place or is whenever possible close to the place where the vehicle shall be loaded by the goods intended for export from customs area of the Russian Federation;
- internal transportation is made once without making of intermediate transactions.
2. To perform control of target use in respect of the vehicles specified in Item 1 of this Order to bodies of the Russian Transport Inspection of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and customs authorities of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation.
