About the Procedure for forming of the state registration number assigned to releases of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal securities

1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for forming of the state registration number assigned to releases of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal securities.

2. Determine that the state registration number is appropriated to releases of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal securities by the issuer of the specified securities.

3. To issuers of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation to bring into accord with this order procedure for forming of the state registration numbers of issues of securities emitted in accordance with the terms of issue, registered in accordance with the established procedure.

Procedure for forming of the state registration number assigned to releases of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal securities

1. The state registration number is assigned to each release of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation and municipal securities.

2. The state registration number assigned to release of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation or municipal securities consists of eleven meaning categories:

32 - for government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation or municipal securities with circulation period more than 5 years with the fixed coupon yield;

33 - for government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation or municipal securities with depreciation of debt circulation period less than 1 year;

34 - for government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation or municipal securities with depreciation of debt circulation period from 1 year to 5 years;

2.3. The fifth, sixth and seventh categories (X5X6X7) is specified sequence number of issue of securities of this type of the issuer.

2.4. The eighth, ninth and tenth categories (X8X9X10) represent the alphabetic code specifying the issuer of securities. The alphabetic code is identical to the alphabetic code of registration number assigned for conditions of issue and the address of government securities of subjects of the Russian Federation or municipal securities in case of state registration.

2.5. The eleventh category (X specifies 11) whether issue of securities on behalf of the subject of the Russian Federation or on behalf of the municipality is performed.
