"About approval of the Regulations on procedure for application of the tax benefits provided in the item 23) of part (1) to Art. 103 of the Tax code N 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the item q) to Art. 28 of the Law on customs tariff N 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997", and also for the purpose of settlement of procedure for filling of the customs declaration I ORDER:

1. Change the technical rules "About Procedure for Seal, Use and Filling of the Customs Declaration" approved by the Order N 296-O of December 28, 2005, as follows:

a) the paragraph of the 8th Item 13 is excluded;

b) in the appendix N 2:

the name on "Country codes according to the RC-CE 750/2005 standard" changes;

in the qualifier country codes of YU of Yugoslavia and TP of East Timor are excluded and the following codes are added:

XR of Kosovo,

XM Montenegro,

XS Serbia.

2. And 14 "The list of codes of the enclosed documents" to change appendices 8 "The list of codes of financial regime" according to enclosed.

3. Change the Order N 199-O of October 29, 2004 as follows:
