In pursuance of Articles 5, the Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova DECIDED: 11 and 72 Laws on National Bank of Moldova

1. Approve Regulations about submission by authorized banks of the Republic of Moldova of information for the Paying Balance on external credits and export permits of currency from the country (forms 08009, 08010, 08011, 08012, 08013).

2. Cancel, since January 1, 1998, the Decision of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova N 14 of March 14, 1996 about representation by commercial banks of forms of reports and letters of National Bank of Moldova N 21006/1-195-21006/1-218 of 08.08.95 (forms 08002, 08003, 08004, 08005, 08006, 08007, 08008).

I. Basis

These Regulations are developed according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Moldova of February 7, 1994 N 35 about ensuring creation of the Paying Balance of the Republic of Moldova and according to Art. 72 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova.

II. Application

For creation of the Paying Balance authorized banks represent to National Bank of Moldova:

2.1. The report 08009 "The report (1-CR) on transactions on use of the credit, according to the Appendix N 1;

2.2. The report 08010 (2-CR) about repayment of the loan, according to the Appendix N 2;

2.3. The report 08011 (3-CR) about movement of means on the letter of credit open for servicing of the credit, according to the Appendix N 3;

2.4. The report 08012 (4-CR) about deliveries of goods and services within the credit, according to the Appendix N 4;

All amounts in reports are specified in integers (without fractions).

Chapter I. Procedure for creation of the Report (1-CR) on transactions on use of the credit (form 08009)

1.1. The report (Appendix N 1) shall include the following data:

- bank code;

- bank name;

- prototype code;

- frequency - is specified figure "4" (quarterly);

- form type from following three:

"is empty" or "And" if the report primary (entrance);

"In" if the report is completely replaced;

"With" if in the report of type "A" or "B" correction of some line items is performed;
