About establishment of the size of the minimum wholesale and vacation pay and retail prices on separate types of alcoholic beverages
According to part ten of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of production and the address of alcohol ethyl, cognac and fruit, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Establish the size of the minimum wholesale and vacation pay and retail prices on separate types of alcoholic beverages according to appendix.
2. To the State Tax Service, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations to establish control of observance within the powers:
the state discipline of the prices subjects of business activity of all patterns of ownership which perform wholesale and retail trade by alcoholic beverages in the presence at them licenses;
the paragraph third is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 13.01.2021 No. 17
3. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days from the date of publication.
