The organization in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the constitutional laws, the laws, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by the Republic of Tajikistan and this Charter.
