For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of credit bureaus, Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about the organization of information process in activities of participants of system of forming of credit stories and their uses, forming of security system, establishment of the minimum requirements to their electronic equipment, safety of the database of credit stories and to rooms (further - the Instruction).

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the resolution of Board of the Agency of October 25, 2004 No. 303 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of information process in activities of participants of system of forming of credit stories and their uses, protection and safety of the database of credit stories, about the minimum requirements to their information resources, information systems, rooms, the electronic equipment" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3318, published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, No. 3-8, 2005 of, the Art. 18);

2) the resolution of Board of the Agency of August 27, 2007 No. 221 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of October 25, 2004 No. 303 "About approval of the Instruction about the organization of information process in activities of participants of system of forming of credit stories and their uses, protection and safety of the database of credit stories, about the minimum requirements to their information resources, information systems, rooms, the electronic equipment" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4966).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.

4. Credit bureau within two months from the date of enforcement of this resolution to bring the activities into accord with the Instruction.

5. To department of information technologies (Tusupov K. A.):

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;

2) in ten-day time from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring this resolution to the attention of credit bureaus, Consolidation of legal entities "Association of financiers of Kazakhstan".

6. To service of the Chairman of the Agency (Kenzhe A. A.) provide the publication of this resolution in mass media of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the Agency Baysynov M. B.
