The list of automobile check points through frontier through which transportation of the goods which are subject sanitary veterinary to control or agricultural quarantine according to appendix No. 1 is allowed;
Regulations on order of interaction of the National agency on safety of foodstuff and Customs Service when implementing the state import control, export and transit of goods, according to appendix No. 2;
Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 3.
2. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government according to appendix No. 4.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry and Customs Service in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution.

1. The regulations on order of interaction of the National agency on safety of foodstuff and Customs Service when implementing the state import control, export and transit of goods (further - the Provision), are developed for the purpose of ensuring successful implementation of the principle of single window, optimization of procedure for crossing of frontier with cargo and passenger vehicles, and also for implementation of ст.VI of the Law No. 102-XVI of May 16, 2008 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 102, the Art. 380).
2. For the purpose of this provision the used concepts have the following value:
customs authorities - Customs Service, customs or customs post, authorized to perform transactions according to the current legislation;
the goods which are subject to control - the goods moved through frontier which according to the current legislation are subject sanitary veterinary or to phytosanitary control.
3. Customs authorities exercise control and customs clearance of the goods and vehicles crossing frontier at the check points established by the current legislation.
4. Release in free circulation of the goods which are subject to control is performed according to the customs legislation, and also with observance of requirements of this provision of rather sanitary and veterinary or phytosanitary control.

9. Movement from the check point through border to internal customs authority (or to other check point through border - in case of the international transit) the goods which are not issued in free circulation is performed under customs supervision in customs regime of transit.
10. The goods which are subject to control, specified in appendices No. 1 and 2 to this Provision are located under customs regime of import only with possibility of ensuring implementation of sanitary and veterinary and/or phytosanitary control.
11. Customs authorities provide boundary posts of veterinary and sanitary and phytosanitary control by service spaces in the territory of the customs post organized at check points through frontier authorized to draw up the corresponding goods.
12. Customs authorities provide continuous access of the National agency on safety of foodstuff to information on following of the goods which are subject to control through frontier.
13. The national agency on safety of foodstuff provides operational representation of the list of bodies to customs authorities, authorized to issue the omission and the import permit or export, samples of allowing documents, and also the list of criteria of risk for the goods which are subject to control, crossing transit the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
14. Sanitary veterinary the goods specified in appendix No. 1 to this Provision are subject to control.

Products of goods items 1001, of 1002, of 1003, of 1004, of 1005, of 1007, of 1008, 1201 00, 1201 00 900, of 2102, 2102 20 190, 2102 20 900, of 2302, of 2303, of 2304, of 2305, of 2306, 2306 30 000, 2306 41 000, 2306 49 000, 2306 90 050, 2306 90 900, 2501 00 and 2501 00 990 are subject to veterinary sanitary control only if they are used for feeding of animals.
14-2. Products of goods items 1516, 1516 of 10, 1516 10 100, 1516 10 900, of 1517, 1517 of 10, 1517 10 100, 1517 10 900, 1517 of 90, 1517 90 100, 1517 90 990, 1518 of 00, 1518 00 910, 1518 00 950, 1518 00 990, of 1521, 1521 90 100, 1521 90 910, 1521 90 990, 1522 of 00, 1522 00 100, 1522 00 310, 1522 00 390, 1522 00 990, of 1702, of 1806, 1806 90 310, of 1901, 1901 10 000, of 2103, 2103 90 900, of 2104, of 2106, of 3001, 3101 00 000 are subject to veterinary sanitary control only if they are animal products or consist of components of animal origin.
14-3. Products of goods items 1213 00? 000 and 2703 00 000 are subject to veterinary sanitary control if they are used in livestock industry.
14-4. Products of goods items 3005, of 3006, 3006 70 000, of 3808, 9705 00 000 are subject to veterinary sanitary control if they are used for the veterinary or zoological purposes.
14-5. Goods of goods item 9508 are subject to veterinary sanitary control if they are used during the transporting, content and placement of animals.
15. Import to the country of goods in the mode of import/export/transit is performed according to provisions of article 33 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities.
