1. To committee of trade of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to begin trial concerning import of materials roofing and facing in rolls from asphalt or similar materials (for example, from oil bitumen or coal-tar pitch) classified by the PK 6807101000 Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code;

2) before completion of the procedure of trial in the procedure established by the legislation to perform import licensing of materials roofing and facing in rolls from asphalt or similar materials (for example, from oil bitumen or coal-tar pitch) classified by the PK 6807101000 Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code;

3) together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in ten-day time to notify in accordance with the established procedure Integration Committee of Eurasian Economic Community and Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on the beginning of trial.

2. This resolution becomes effective after thirty calendar days after the first official publication.
