About strengthening of state regulation concerning import to Ukraine and export from Ukraine of ozonorazrushitelny substances

For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Vienna convention on protection of ozone layer of 1985 and the Montreal protocol about the substances destroying ozone layer 1987 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that import to Ukraine and export from Ukraine of the ozone-depleting substances specified in appendix A and In to Montreal to the protocol on substances, destroying ozone layer, 1987 (further - the Montreal protocol), is performed only:

in particular cases of their use according to the relevant decisions made at meetings of the Parties of the Montreal protocol;

in case of their use as raw materials for production of other chemicals;

in case of implementation through the territory of Ukraine of transit transportations from the states and to the states which are the Parties of the Montreal protocol.

2. Determine that import and production in Ukraine, export from Ukraine and transit transportations through the territory of Ukraine of the ozonorazrushitelny substance noted in appendix E to the Montreal protocol for the countries which are the Parties of the Montreal protocol and fulfill its requirements, are performed only:

for the purposes of quarantine processing and processing before transportation;

in the particular cases provided by decisions of the Parties of the Montreal protocol;

for the most important types of application determined by separate decisions at meetings of the Parties of the Montreal protocol.
