For the purpose of enhancement of work, strengthening of the state control in industry of protection of the surrounding environment and prevention of potential abuses in system of State ecoinspection, according to requirements of the Art. 70, of 73, of 77, of 90, of 91, of 153, 242-1, 258, 307 and 309 Codes of Ukraine about administrative offenses, ORDER:

1. Claim form of the receipt and the Instruction concerning its application in case of collection of penalties (cash) on site of making of administrative offenses in industry of protection of the surrounding environment that are applied.

2. Term to submit to legal management (M. Kovalenko) in 5-day the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (A. Pavlyuk) to provide to Glavekoinspektion centralized production in accordance with the established procedure of forms of receipts as documents of the strict reporting and step-by-step issue to their local divisions of Minekobezopasnosti. At the initial stage - on 500 receipts, further - according to requests.

4. To Reskompriroda's chairman of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of state administrations of ecosafety in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, to chiefs of state inspections of protection of the Black and Azov seas to submit to Glavekoinspektion applications for the necessary number of forms of receipts and to provide strict observance of rules of filling, accounting and the reporting in case of their application.
