1. Approve "Regulations of the vibration and noise pollution exerting negative environmental impact and health of the person" (are applied).

2. To charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. within a month to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on the central executive bodies exercising supervision of admissible level of the getting noise of vehicles and other sources of noise in the places of residence and rest and also in other places of accumulation of people;

2.2. resolve the issues following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.

Regulations of the vibration and noise pollution exerting negative environmental impact and health of the person

1. General provisions

1.1. Regulations of the vibration and noise pollution exerting negative environmental impact and health of the person (further "regulations"), are prepared according to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About ecological safety", the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing" and other legal acts.

1.2. This Regulations establish admissible regulations and requirements to vibration in residential and public buildings, in the territory of residential buildings, and also in other places of accumulation of people. This Regulations do not extend to places of special function (radio - TV, film studios, concert and auditoriums, sports palaces).

1.3. This Regulations shall be observed by all legal entities and physical persons, regardless of type of property and form of business.

2. The normalized parameters and admissible noise levels

2.1. The normalized parameters of admissible noise (L) are values of sound pressure in decibels (dB) in octava strips (octava levels of sound pressure) with compound frequency 63, of 125, of 250, of 500, of 1000, of 2000, of 4000, of 8000 Hz.
