1. Determine that:
1.1. the trust management agreement between government employees, and also the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, the State committee of judicial examinations of the Republic of Belarus, law-enforcement bodies, bodies and divisions on emergency situations, bodies of financial investigations of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus relating according to the legislation to the officials having in property of share (the share, the right) in authorized capitals of the commercial organizations (further – the state officials), and open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank (further – JSC ASB Belarusbank) consists according to the standard agreement of trust management of the shares (shares, the rights) belonging to certain state officials in authorized capitals of the commercial organizations for form according to appendix;
