For the purpose of providing rural producers with agricultural machinery the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- allocate to the state company of Kyrgyzresursa 74, 0 million som from funds of counter fund of grant of the Government of People's Republic of China for purchase implementation with method from one source of batch of components of tractors and agricultural machinery at YTO corporation of People's Republic of China and the organization of assembly based on industrial complex in the city of Kara-Balta of Chuy Region;

- draw up in accordance with the established procedure debt obligation with the state company of Kyrgyzresursa on issuance of credit in the amount 74, of 0 million som;

- establish return term till March 1, 2009 by transfer of agricultural machinery in number of 111 units of tractors and plows collected at the plant in the city of Kara-Balta.

2. To the state company of Kyrgyzresursa:

- allocate returnable funds from counter fund of grant of the Government of People's Republic of China in the amount 74, of 0 million som for acquisition of component parts of the Chinese agricultural machinery for the organization of the subsequent assembly of 111 units of tractors and plows;

- approve in accordance with the established procedure the feasibility statement on production of assembly of tractors of the YTO-704 brand and plows at the Ak Zhol — YTO plant in the city of Kara-Balta and to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic;
