About introduction of excise stamps on tobacco products and alcoholic products

For the purpose of protection of the domestic market against low-grade products, state regulation of production, delivery and turnover of alcoholic products, tobacco products the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Enter since August 1, 1997 in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan obligatory procedure for marking of the tobacco products delivered to the republic and made in the republic and alcoholic products and forbid realization of these products and products without such marking.
