About enhancement of procedure for provision to foreign citizens and stateless persons of permissions to permanent residence in Turkmenistan

1. Approve enclosed:
Regulations on procedure for provision of permissions to permanent residence in Turkmenistan;
the description and sample of the residence permit in Turkmenistan (TURKMENISTANDA YASAMAGA YGTYYARNAMA) of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in Turkmenistan.
2. Enact since September 1, 2002 the residence permit in Turkmenistan (TURKMENISTANDA YASAMAGA YGTYYARNAMA).
3. To make exchange of residence permits in Turkmenistan (TURKMENISTANDA YASAMAGA YGTYYARNAMA) within one year.

Petitions for provision of the residence permit in Turkmenistan move addressed to the President of Turkmenistan through law-enforcement bodies of welayats or Ashgabat (law-enforcement bodies hereinafter are referred to as further), diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Turkmenistan abroad.
The foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who received the residence permit in Turkmenistan drive and stay in the territory of Turkmenistan without execution of visas.
3. The petition is deemed accepted to consideration from the date of submission of all necessary correctly processed documents provided by this Provision.
4. The petition for provision of the residence permit in Turkmenistan moves the applicant in writing with indication of date of giving and is signed by it personally.
The residence permit in Turkmenistan of parents or one of them extends to minors (including adopted) and again been born children.
The residence permit of legal representatives extends to persons recognized in accordance with the established procedure as incapacitated.
5. The form of the petition for provision of the residence permit affirms the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan as Turkmenistan.
