About the Register of the state positions of the Republic of Tajikistan

For the purpose of streamlining of the state positions of the Republic of Tajikistan and according to article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan, "About public service" I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Register of the state positions of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. To heads of the central and local executive bodies of the government and self-government institutions of settlements and villages within one month to bring names of the state positions of public service of the bodies into compliance with this Register and during creation of new managerial positions of public service to take provisions of this Register into account.

3. To perform financing of the actions connected with implementation of this Register in 2008 within the approved salary fund of state bodies.

4. Recognize invalid the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- of December 20, 2002 No. 946 "About the Register of the state positions of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- of January 19, 2005 No. 1451 "About modification and amendments in the Register of the state positions of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- of January 11, 2007 No. 149 "About entering of amendments into the Register of the state positions of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 20, 2002 No. 946".
