2. Charge to the State customs of Turkmenistan:

sign the Agreement with Embassy of Great Britain in Turkmenistan about construction of the building of the covered terminal for inspection of vehicles and loads on customs checkpoint Serkhetabat on the amount of 500 thousand dollars of the USA;

by results of the tender held by Embassy of Great Britain in Turkmenistan to sign the contract with the company - the winner of the tender for performance of works for construction of external communication networks electro-, water - and gas supply, to installation of the heating systems and air conditioning systems, the weight equipment, viewing holes and improvement of the territory financed by the Turkmen Side.

3. Exempt Embassy of Great Britain and the State customs of Turkmenistan, and also their contractors and subcontractors from payment of duties, taxes, excises and charges, including for certification of the equipment and the construction materials imported for construction of the building of the covered terminal for inspection of vehicles and loads on customs checkpoint Serkhetabat.

To the Ministry of Economics and finance of Turkmenistan in accordance with the established procedure to allocate funds for performance of works, financed by the Turkmen Side, specified in Item 3 of this resolution, at the expense of the limits on capital construction provided to the State customs of Turkmenistan for 2002.

7. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Economy and Finance of Turkmenistan Atayeva E. G.
