About expansion of labor rights of the citizens who reached sixteen years
In independent and neutral Turkmenistan which entered the Golden Age, the escalating attention is paid to younger generation, creation of the conditions promoting complete realization of its constitutional rights including rights to work.
For the purpose of expansion of labor rights of the citizens who reached sixteen years I decide:
1. Permit the citizens who reached sixteen years, enter employment legal relationship with the companies, the organizations and organizations of various patterns of ownership.
2. To the ministries and the central departments of Turkmenistan, hyakimlika of welayats, cities and etraps to develop the special program providing labor employment of persons which reached sixteen years and realization of their right to work.
3. And finance of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan within 10 days to provide to the Ministry of Economics to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan offers on entering into the legislation of the changes permiting to the workers who did not reach 18 years to perform the separate work types which are directly connected with storage, processing, sale (leave), transportation or application in production process of the values transferred to them.
