About approval of the Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation and also children without maintenance

The government DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation, and also children without maintenance it (is applied).

2. To provide to the central industry bodies of public management implementation of requirements of the Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation and also children without maintenance.

3. Allocate to the Ministry of Finance annually, since 2009 fiscal years, the budget resources for repatriation of persons according to the above-stated Provision.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on National committee on fight against human trafficking.

Regulations on the procedure of repatriation of children and adults - the victims of human trafficking, persons which are in difficult situation and also children without maintenance

Chapter I. General provisions

1. This Provision establishes procedures:

repatriations to the country of the victims of human trafficking (adults and children); children without parents or legal representatives who are in the territory of foreign states (further - children without maintenance) and persons which are in difficult situation;

coverings of the costs incurred in the course of repatriation to the country of the victims of human trafficking (adults and children); children without maintenance and persons which are in difficult situation;

identifications of parents or other legal representatives of children, incapacitated or restrictedly capable victims of human trafficking;

protection in urgent regime of persons the special competent services provided in this Provision performing protection.

2. The determinations used in this Provision have the following value:

the victim of human trafficking - physical person which presumably or definitely suffered as a result of the actions for human trafficking provided by Items 1) and 2) of article 2 of the Law No. 241-XVI of October 20, 2005 on the prevention and suppression of human trafficking;
