ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL POLICY OF UKRAINE

About approval of the Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house boarding school

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of 19.08.2017 No. 1348)

1. Approve Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house boarding school which are applied.

1.1. Standard regulations on the children's house boarding school.

1.2. Standard regulations on youth department of the children's house boarding school.

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of work and social protection of the population regional, to Head department of social protection of the population Kiev, to Management of work and social protection of the population Sevastopol the city public administrations according to the approved standard provisions to provide till 01.11.2008 taking into account local conditions development and approval of regulations on residential care facilities.

3. Consider invalid the Standard regulations on the children's house boarding school approved by the order of Ministry of Labor of 29.12.2001 of N549 "About Approval of Standard Regulations on Houses Boarding Schools (Boarding Houses) for Citizens of Old Age, Disabled People and Children", registered in the Ministry of Justice 29.01.2002 for N67/6355.

4. For veterans and elderly people of Ministry of Labor to provide to department state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. Onishchuk.

Standard regulations on the children's house boarding school

1. General provisions

1.1. The children's house boarding school (further - the house boarding school) is social medical institution for permanent residence of children aged from 4 up to 18 years (further - pupils) with the youth department formed in case of requirement for youth aged from 18 up to 35 years (further - persons), entering as structural division into structure of the house boarding school, with shortcomings of physical and/or intellectual development and mental disturbances which need foreign leaving, consumer and medical attendance, educational and rehabilitation services.

1.2. The house boarding school is formed, reorganized and liquidated according to the relevant decision of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations on representation of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of work and social protection of the population regional, Head department of social protection of the population Kiev, Managements of work and social protection of the population Sevastopol the city state administrations in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine.

The termination of activities of the house boarding school can be owing to its reorganization or liquidation.

In case of liquidation of the house boarding school its assets will be transferred to other organization of the corresponding type or accepted in the income regional (in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea - republican), the Kiev and Sevastopol city budget.

1.3. The house boarding school is subordinated according to the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of work and social protection of the population regional, to Head department of social protection of the population Kiev, to Management of work and social protection of the population Sevastopol the city state administrations.

1.4. In the activities the house boarding school is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine and other regulatory legal acts on the questions regulating activities of residential care facilities and also this Provision.

1.5. Houses boarding schools are subdivided on:

1.5.1. Houses boarding schools I of profile - for pupils with physical defects and the kept intelligence of preschool and school age for which independent movement is much complicated or impossible which partially serve themselves (mixed on floor).
