About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport"

For the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport" in connection with the introduction of the specified Law in force I decide:

1. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in three-months time:

1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the existing legal acts to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport";

1.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant central executive bodies in compliance with the specified Law and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the draft of the legal act establishing types of responsibility for violation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport";

1.4. approve stipulated in Article 7.7 specified the Law "Regulations on Bus Stations and Bus Stations" and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.5. determine stipulated in Article 15.5 specified the Law the checklist in case of issue to automobile means of the licensed card for passazhiro-cargo transportation, and also quarterly after issue of the licensed card of compliance of this automobile means to technical, operational, safe and ecological requirements and conducting such check and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.6. approve stipulated in Article 18 specified the Law "Rules of Transportation by Road Transport of Passengers and Baggage" and "Rules of Transportation by Road Transport of Loads" and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.7. determine stipulated in Article 21.7 carrying out tender specified the Law procedure on involvement of carriers in passenger transportations by road transport on regular intracity (in areas), long-distance (between areas) and to international routes and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.8. determine the stipulated in Article 26.3 procedure for doreysovy check of technical condition of the vehicles which are at the disposal of the carriers which are carrying out passazhiro-cargo transportation road transport, the carrying out doreysovy physical examination of drivers specified the Law and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.9. determine stipulated in Article 48.2 movements specified the Law procedure by highways of the Azerbaijan Republic public of large-size and heavyweight vehicles and issues of special permission to their movement, and also charge rates for movement of large-size and heavyweight vehicles and parameters of the permitted dimensions and weight of the vehicles performing movement on highways public and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.10. provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the project of the Provision of the Public service of road transport of the Ministry of transport of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also the offer on the questions connected with structure and number of workers and with financing and ensuring its activities created by Item 3 of this Decree;

1.11. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the draft of the Actions plan on development of system of road transport in the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.12. within the powers to resolve other issues following from the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport".

2. Determine that:

2.1. the powers of relevant organ of the executive authority provided in Articles 6. 5, 21.1, 26.4, the fourth offer of Article 27.3 and article 59 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About road transport", is performed by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

2.1-1. the powers of relevant organ of the executive authority provided in Articles 7. 7, 9. 2, 14.1-1.1 and 14.1-1.4, in the second offer of Article 15. 5, Articles 18, 21.7, 21-1.4, 26.3, first offer of Article 27. 3, to Article 48. 2, the first, second and fourth offers of Article 50.5 and article 50.6 of the specified Law, is performed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic;
