About state regulation of foreign trade activity in the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law determines bases of state regulation of foreign trade activity, procedure for its implementation by persons of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign persons, the rights, obligations and responsibility of public authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of foreign trade activity.
The purposes of this Law are protection of economic sovereignty, ensuring economic safety of the Kyrgyz Republic, stimulation of development of foreign trade activity and providing conditions of effective integration of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In this Law the following concepts are used:
Foreign trade activity - business activity in the field of the international exchange of goods, services, information, also results of intellectual activities, including exclusive rights on them (intellectual property);
foreign trade in goods - import and (or) commodity export;
Goods - any personal estate (including all types of energy) and the air, ocean ships carried to real estate which are subject of foreign trade activity. The vehicles used in case of the agreement on international delivery goods are not;
Goods of dual purpose - raw materials, materials, the equipment, technologies and scientific and technical information, rendering services which have peaceful purpose, but can be used during creation of arms and military equipment;
Services - the business activity directed to requirements satisfaction of other persons, except for to the activities performed on the basis of employment legal relationship;
