About additional measures for development of infrastructure of the security market

For the purpose of further development of infrastructure of the security market, institutional strengthening of his subjects, the Cabinet of Ministers decides implementations of modern information technologies in activities of professional participants of the security market and enhancement of system of regulation of their activities:

1. Agree with the offer of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and members of the security market about delivery and implementation by the Korea stock exchange until the end of 2013 on a turnkey basis within the General agreement on upgrade of the security market of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Single software and hardware complex for the stock market of the Republic of Uzbekistan a minimum of 6 million US dollars including the software, the server and telecommunication hardware, training of local specialists and guarantee maintenance during 1 year providing:

strengthening of coordination of activities and interaction of institutes of infrastructure of the security market, simplification of accounting system, and also enhancement of settlement and clearing servicing of security transactions;

unification and standardization of the software and hardware of members of the security market, universal implementation and use of electronic document management;

simplification of access to transactions with securities to physical persons, including when implementing purchase and sale of securities with use of plastic cards;

creation of conditions for forming of the single information database of the security market.

To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide introduction in training programs of the higher educational institutions performing training of specialists on financial and economic, legal specialties, Sections on securities and corporate management.

7. To the center for coordination and control of functioning of the security market under the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure provisions:

about system of obligatory standard rates of professional participants of the security market;

about internal control of professional participants of the security market.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
