About measures for production incentive of export products of Turkmenistan

For the purpose of development of foreign economic activity, production incentive and marketing of export products, enhancement of legal and tax base of the foreign trade transactions I decide:

3. Confer to the State commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan powers on price regulation on export products taking into account really developing demands and supplies and world market conjuncture, and also on control of the actual implementation of export contracts.

4. Lift all ban and restrictions operating on export except obligatory registration of export contracts at the State commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan and licensing of export of specific products according to the lists approved by the President of Turkmenistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

5. To the state agency on" to foreign investments in case of the President of Turkmenistan, to the State commodity and raw exchange of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan in 3-month time to develop and submit for consideration of the President of Turkmenistan offers on opening and activities of the foreign trade missions, branches and consignment warehouses, and also on stimulation of export production in Turkmenistan.
