The regulations on the organization of trade in bank metals in the foreign exchange market of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 24.02.98 No. 65 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.03.98 for No. 162/2602 (with changes);

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 08.06.93 No. 50 "About the Ukrainian Interbank currency exchange";

the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 23.03.99 No. 133 "About the exchange biddings by bank metals", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.04.99 for No. 280/3573 (with changes);

The rules of tendering on the Crimean Interbank currency exchange approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 27.01.95 No. 18.

7. To department of payment systems (V. M. Kravets) in a month after entry into force of this resolution to prepare projects of changes to:

To the regulations on forced write-off (collection) and contractual write-off of funds in foreign currency from accounts of payers (except banks) in the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 01.10.2001 No. 416 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.10.2001 for No. 908/6099 (with changes);

To the regulations on registration and provision by clients of payment orders in foreign currency, statements for purchase or sale of foreign currency in authorized banks and other financial institutions and procedure for their accomplishment approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.03.2003 No. 82 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 20.03.2003 for No. 224/7545.

8. To department of currency control (S. O. Yaremenko) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to permission territorial and the Operational National Bank of Ukraine of managements for management and use in work.

9. The resolution becomes effective in 10 days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
