1. Approve the Instruction on quality evaluation of milk of cows, sheep and goats in breeding livestock production which is attached.
2. (Mikityuk D. M.) to provide to department of the markets of livestock production with the Main state breeding inspection provision in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of the markets of livestock production with the Main state breeding inspection, to the State research and production concern "Selektion" (Gubin O. O.) to provide the publication of this order and the Instruction approved by this order.

1.1. This Instruction developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About breeding case in livestock production" determines requirements to carrying out sampling and quality evaluation of milk of cows, sheep and goats (further - animals) for receipt of the results necessary for conducting selection and breeding case in livestock production.
1.2. The instruction extends to subjects of breeding case in livestock production with the corresponding status - owners of breeding (genetic) resources, the company (laboratory) for quality evaluation of livestock products, carrying out quality evaluation of milk, the workers performing the special works connected with breeding (genetic) resources and controllers assistants.
1.3. The terms provided in this Instruction are used in the following value:
the controller assistant - the worker performing the special works connected with conducting official accounting of performance of animals;
control of dairy performance - regularly exercised control of milk yield, content of fat and protein in milk of animals for certain period or for separate piece of lactation;
control (average) test of milk - the milk test which is selected within a day from various milk yield it is pro rata to amount of the obtained milk;
standard test of milk - milk test in which the composition of milk is estimated by the standardized methods;
the milk quality evaluation - determination by laboratory methods of structure (fat, protein and so forth) of the control tests of milk which are selected from animals within a day which is carried out for the purpose of individual assessment of dairy performance of animals is used for calculation of amount of the milk fat and milk protein received for lactation.
2.1. The milk quality evaluation in breeding livestock production is carried out according to the main criteria of breeding accounting, provides objectivity (independence) and reliability of measurement.
2.2. Work on quality evaluation of milk is performed by subjects of breeding case in livestock production to which the status of the company (laboratory) for quality evaluation of livestock products according to Procedure for assignment of the corresponding status is given to the subjects of breeding case in livestock production approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of June 19, 2015 No. 234, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 8, 2015 for No. 809/27254.
2.3. Selection of control tests of milk from animals is made by controllers assistants or representatives of the owner of animals there are workers meeting qualification requirements according to qualification requirements to the workers performing the special works connected with the breeding genetic resources approved by the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 13, 2016 No. 153, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 9, 2016 at No. 832/28962.
2.4. The company (laboratory) for quality evaluation of livestock products which (which) carries out milk quality evaluation (further - laboratory) provides determination of high-quality structure of control tests of milk.
2.4.1. The laboratory during the analysis of quality of milk applies chemical or tool methods and determines content of fat, protein.
