About health protection and labor safety

This law:

- partially shifts (Article 1-15) the Directive of Council of June 12, 1989 about introduction of the measures promoting improvement of safety and health of workers on workplace (89/391/EEC) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 183 of June 29, 1989, CELEX: 01989L0391-20081211, with the subsequent changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) No. 1137/2008 of October 22, 2008 about adaptivising to the Decision of Council of 1999/468/EU some acts which are subject of the procedure, stipulated in Article 251 agreement regarding the procedure of regulation by control;

- partially shifts (Article 1-8) the Directive of Council 91/383/EES of June 25, 1991, supplementing measures directed to assistance to improvement of safety and health on workplace of the workers accepted on the permanent or temporary work published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 206/19 of July 29, 1991, CELEX: 31991L0383, with the subsequent changes made by the Directive of the European parliament and Council 2007/30/EC of June 20, 2007;

- partially shifts (Article 6 and part (1) Articles 7) the Directive of Council 94/33/EC of June 22, 1994 about protection of the working youth, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 216/12 of August 20, 1994, CELEX: 31994L0033, with the subsequent changes made by Regulations of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2019/1243 of June 20, 2019;

- partially shifts (Items 1-6) the Recommendation of Council 2003/134/EC of February 18, 2003 about improvement of health protection and work place safety of self-employed workers, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 53 of February 28, 2003, CELEX: 32003H0134.

the employer – any physical person or legal entity which is responsible for the relevant company and consisting in employment relationships with one or several workers;
